Orders placed by 2:00PM ET on business days dispatch the same day; anything later goes out the next business day. Standard ground delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically runs 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $99; below that a flat $7.95 rate applies. Oversized and freight-class items are quoted at checkout. Tracking is emailed when the label is scanned.
Unused product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@ironlinehardware.com with your order number to receive an RMA; returns sent without one may be delayed. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items are replaced or refunded at our cost with no return required. Manufacturer warranties pass through to you in full — we'll help you open a claim if a tool fails inside its warranty term.
We collect only what's needed to process, ship and support an order — name, shipping address, email, phone and payment details (handled by PCI-compliant processors; we never store card numbers). We don't sell or rent customer data. Transactional email is sent for order and shipping updates; marketing email is opt-in and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
